CA. Naresh Singh Negi. FCA, CIT.

CA. Naresh Singh Negi is one of the founder partners and the managing partner of VMNC & Associates.

CA. Naresh Singh Negi is also the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also the holder of certificate degree on International Certificate from ICAI.

Besides this at present he is pursuing DISA (Diploma in Information and System Analysis) certificate from ICAI.

At present CA. Naresh is mainly associated with the clients on the “Start Up” venture. Besides this he is also looking after the international taxation and transfer pricing department of the firm. CA. Naresh has led multi-disciplinary teams in conducting audit on a diverse range of software industry, governmental projects, including a special audit of public-private research unit on behalf of CSIR, Government of India. He has significant knowledge and practical experience in the area of cross-border restructuring and business re-organizations, Keeping the changing economic scenario before, transfer pricing has become one of the catching subject matter for both for international and domestic pricing policy. CA. Naresh Singh Negi has also been actively involved in carrying research in various transfer pricing and foreign investment. He has been associated in advising number of multinational companies in providing advises in transfer pricing transactions and its applicability. His service includes putting the transfer pricing studies in place for the India business. He has good experience in presenting the cases of transfer pricing before department of Income Tax.

He is mainly specializing in the arena of E-Commerce, Real Estate, software industry, hospitality, energy, production, tourism, Information Technology and BPO industry.

Apart from this his team is also engaged in providing advisory function to number of multi-national companies in foreign direct investment.

CA. Madhumita Banerjee Kundoo. ACA, CIT, DISA

CA. Madhumita Banerjee Kundoo is one of the founder partners of VMNC and Associates.
CA. Madhumita Banerjee Kundoo is the associated member of ICAI and is also the holder of certificate degree on Indirect Tax (CIT) and Diploma on Information and System Analysis (DISA) from ICAI.

She is mainly looking after the Service Tax division of VMNC and Associates. She has a good amount of knowledge in the arena of research and development, government audit, advertising industry so on.

Implementation of GST will be one of the landmark changes in the area of Indirect Tax in the coming year, for which the Indian industry is looking very eagerly. Keeping these major changes to be incorporated in the field of indirect tax, she is also advising the clients about the preparedness of books of account for implementing the GST requirement in the upcoming scenario of GST.

Apart of this she is looking after the accounting and statutory liabilities of the clients of VMNC and Associates.

CA. Vinod Sharma. ACA

CA. Vinod Sharma is also one of the founder partners of VMNC and Associates.
He is with the firm’s international Accounting department of the firm.
With specialization in the field of IFRS, he has over 7 years of experience in working multinational companies and Indian business houses on a range of recording books of account as per international accounting standard. He is in charge of Dubai unit of VMNC & Associates.

CA. Tarun Manocha. FCA

CA. Tarun Manocha is associated with VMNC and Associates and is the advisor of the direct Tax and audit department of the firm.

CA. Tarun Manocha specializes in advising clients on direct tax and audit aspects. He has over 6 years of experience in advising clients and tax representation for clients.

He specializes in tax representation of the clients at the appeal level of Tax Department. He has represented in many cases of corporate and public sector units.

He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries such as IT & ITES, Parma, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Textiles, Real Estate, Special Economic Zone, Automotive, Logistics, etc

CA Bhavna Goel, ACA

CA. Bhavna Goel is associated with firm as an advisor in the department of project research of the clients.

CA. Bhavna Goel brings over 9 years of rich and varied experience in delivering projects for clients in UK, Europe and India. Her key areas of expertise include fixed income and equity research involving financial & valuation modeling and business modeling, sensitivity analysis, competitive intelligence and bench-marking, industry and sector studies.

She has sound understanding of multiple sectors such as pharmaceutical, real estate, retail, technology and telecom in US, Europe and Asia.

She has been involved in training professionals and has been a guest speaker in Management Institutes in areas of Investment Banking and Corporate Valuation.
